Arith enjoyed being around the trees and plants, those who collected energy the way he could. He wasn't sure what it was, about them but they were comforting in some ways. Maybe because like the sun they'd always been there.
That was where he preferred to be though, to be right in the suns rays. That too was probably a comfort thing so that he could use his powers to gather energy easily if he needed too. The poor wolf found things constantly went wrong for him, at least in the sun he was a little more prepared.
For that reason he often visited the plains, out of the way of the trees shade though still close enough to home. The pale tan wolf sat there now, lying calmly near the river as he looked out across the lands.

As nymph walked she could smell Arith. She looked over and saw his tan bodie warming up in the sun. "Hello" she said and sat down beside him. She looked to the river as it stated to do crazy currents. She thought it was fun.

Deep in his own little world, Arith jumped a little at the sudden sound of a voice. It took him a moment to register everything, though upon settling himself down again, he quickly shifted to a sitting position. "Good Morning Nymph" He responded softly, dipping his muzzle a little out of respect. Despite all of his worrying, Arith could be a rather polite wolf. He looked to the water as it began to liven up again. By now the tan wolf was used to the various powers of others and wasn't all that amazed by the water's strange currents. Things like this were all becoming part of everyday things, and deep down he hoped for them to stay that way even though he constantly prepared himself for change. "It's a nice day today, don't you think?" He asked, almost hesitant to do so, although he wasn't all that confident; Arith felt that the silence was a little awkward.

"It is nice' she agreed. She made the water sparkle like it was made of crystil. She smiled at it. She turned to eldarwen. "What are you doing here. Most avoid the hell hole." she said it was true for her. Her foster parents where in it. She looked around at the area. She liked the open ocean and the forest.

((You mean 'Arith' not 'Eldarwen'))Arith fell silent again, eyes watching as the water sparkled. That did take his interest though, knowing that sometimes, when you looked at the water at a certain point, the sun would do a similar thing. He let his gaze wander back to the sky for a moment before Nymph's voice interrupted his thoughts. 'The hell hole' He tried never to think about that when he was here, and when you simply looked at the rest of the lands that was indeed fairly easy to do. "The rest of the plains are nice" He stated simply. "I like to be in the sun" He figured it was the only explanation he'd actually need, most knew that his power was connected to the sun.

"Ohhhh" she chuckled. "Well I'm heading out" she said turning towards the border. She headed towards the open ocean. When Nymph got there she lay down on her favorite rock. She sighed and lay her head down her eyes closed.

Arith only gave a small nod in response. A part of him was tempted to follow, she didn't need to be by herself, and yet the pale tan male found he didn't want to move from his little spot here. It was partially because he was already right in the sunlight and surrounded by the trees and plants that seemed to share his 'talent' with the sun. The main reason however was that he wasn't sure whetehr he was actually invited to follow. By the time he'd thought about the different possibilities Nymph had already left though, leaving the male alone once again. 'Probably wouldn't want me there anyway...' He mused simply, emphasis on the 'me' as he thought. Of course he had no idea whether or not this was actually true, but for Arith it didn't matter, he'd always doubted himself in various ways and probably always would. But who could really blame him? Besides, at least he didn't have some kind of massive ego that made him convinced everyone wanted him around whether female or male, and that he was destined to lead because of it. Ha, Arith was basically the polar opposite of that!
Eventually the male found himself not bored, he never bored of the sunshine, but content to move on. With a light stretch and a last glance at the brilliant sunshine, Arith moved on back towards the main part of the pack lands.
