Silverfang stalked through the forest silently. He had decided to go out hunting since the pack needed food to survive and prey had been growing scarce, even though this was usually the time when prey was most plentiful.

((Hope you don't mind Xoyru jumping in))The alpha wasn't alone in the forest though. A second wolf, a warrior from the pack was also out though his was only a walk a usual habit of his. The warrior preferred not to socialise with the others, always one to keep to himself unless his job made that impossible.
Right now though, it was possible for Xoyru to remain alone and that was how he intended things to stay. Almost as soon as he spotted the figure through the gaps of trees and plants, Xoyru froze, keeping himself as still as he was silent. He hung there for a moment, waiting to see which direction the alpha was moving in and beginning to plan his own movements to keep out of Silverfang's way.
Even if it was the alpha, Xoyru wasn't overly keen on the idea of spending time with another at the moment. As already explained though, he never wished to spend time with anyone. He knew several had questioned as to why he was in the pack. Xoyru wasn't about to miss out on a war and even though he preferred to be alone, he was a hard worker when set a task. He didn't have one of those at that moment.

Leto saw as the hunting group went outto get the food. "Don't forget me" she called as she lept from rock to boulder in easy bounds. The smell of there prey left an easy trail to follow. Leto coud see it over the rocks. Her mucels strung and her lips pulled back in a gruesume snarl. Her legs exploded as she reached out for the prey.

Silverfang saw Leto approach and said "come on", then as they were following a scent trail he say prey over some rocks, a moment later he looked over at Leto and saw she was ready kill the prey so he watched, then as she leaped and reached out to grab the prey and kill it he smiled his cruel smile. Then he caught another scent nearby and padded over to where Xoyru was

The moment that his pale yellow eyes saw the alpha turn his head and start heading in his direction, Xoyru knew his luck was out. There wasn't much he could do, if he ran now Silverfang and Leto would surely follow him. Instead he simply walked simply, that was believable enough as well as being the truth. The male was certain that the whole pack knew of his regular walks alone. He did pause once more though, upon seeing Silverfang was now closer. He spun around to face the alpha and seated himself. He remained silent though, awaiting to see what Silverfang had to say first. |

Silverfang saw Xoyru and padded over to him. When he reached Xoyru he said "i have a job for you. I want you to go and see if you can find more members for our pack". Then he turned to leave and added "this is an important task and i am trusting you to do it well".

Leto followed behind her alpha. She gave a growl of approvel at the idea on having a a bigger pack. " anything you need from me?" she asked silverfang. Her head lowwered in submission.

Xoyru had to admit that he was shocked to hear the words that his alpha had spoke. A part of him has suspected to get in trouble for some reason. He simply nodded his head though, to show that he understood. He remained still for one second though, awaiting Silverfang to leave before he set off on his little task.
"I'll do my best." Xoyru stated simply, rising as the alpha continued and Leto moved forwards to join him. He left the female to speak, swiftly making his way back through the trees and eventually out of the pack lands.
'This could be interesting...' He thought simply. |

"yes, and the task i am giving you is more important than any" said Silverfang. He looked at Leto and continued "I want you to go and find a wolf to become our Shaman, without a Shaman it would open the possibility that we might be beaten by a pack with one to heal them". "i will be awaiting your return" Silverfang growled softly and he padded away.

Leto yelped her response and then took off out of the teritorie. Her paws flew over the rocks as she went into No mans land.

Silverfang watched Leto leave to start her task. After she was out of sight he padded away and continued his hunt.
